  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeรฑo, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring theyโ€™re fully coated, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and with grill marks.
  5. While the chicken grills, blend mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, jalapeรฑo, and lime juice in a food processor until smooth.
  6. Remove the grilled chicken and serve it with a generous drizzle of the creamy green sauce.

Notes
