- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a bit of oil until it shimmers.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet, searing each side for about 4 to 5 minutes until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Lower the heat to medium, then add the minced garlic to the skillet. Stir for about 20 to 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce and honey, scraping the skillet’s bottom to release all that delicious flavor.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over each piece, and let it simmer until the sauce thickens up—this should take about 6 to 8 minutes.

- Allow the chicken to rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
