Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, grated
  • 3/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/3 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1/4 cup Basil, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry, then season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear each side for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the grated garlic to the same skillet and sautรฉ for approximately 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth while scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, dried thyme, oregano, and chili flakes. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes. Add the Parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes, mixing until the cheese is melted and integrated.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped basil and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan before serving warm.

Notes

Ensure your chicken is at room temperature before cooking and use quality olive oil for the best flavor.
