  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Carefully fold in the blueberries, being cautious not to squish them.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
